Wonderful staff first of all! Incredible kind and hard working restaurant staff. Great man on reception. My hat down to the housekeeping ladies for shining rooms! Great breakfast as well. Overall beautiful experience.
Room was clean, bed was really comfortable, I could sleep very well. Only thing I’ve noticed is, the water didn’t flush down properly in the sink. The guys a the reception and the cleaning service ladies were super super nice. The location is top, nearby there are restaurants, train station laundries, gyms, 15 minutes from the airport. Really awesome
We had a fantastic experience in VIP Inn Berna Hotel. The receptionists and the service in general had been great, the position is excellent and very close to buses and metro station. Breakfast was also good, I would have love to have more lactose free options, but overall I was able to eat. Thanks!
Not sure why this hotel has received bad reviews, I had a very positive experience. For the price, it’s a great deal. The room was clean, neat, and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Kind staff and perfect location of the hotel. Rooms are a little bit too small and don't have a lot of equipment. The most positive thing is that everything is extremely clean.
